We are making our own fresh cheese now at The Brick House Kitchen. This fresh mozzarella is going on our grilled cheese and salads and we will have it packed up to sell with other fresh cheeses at our events and farmers markets like Dodge Park and Farmington. Come grab the good stuff made from scratch.

Forgot to post this one from our St Pattys Day in St Claire Shores event.
We baked our own bread bowls and loaded them up with Guinness beef stew and it was a total hit.
