Update: we were hoping to be complete done with our air conditioning unit installation today but unfortunately we had to order extra parts that won’t get here until Wednesday 😪

Actualización: esperábamos tener lista la instalación de nuestra unidad de aire acondicionado el día de hoy pero tuvimos que ordenar partes que no tenemos y no nos llegarán hasta el miércoles 😪

We’ve been having issues with the heat in the food truck. Our fan isn’t working correctly, with the high temperatures this week we’ve decided to get that taken care of and finally install some ac in it! So we will be taking this week to work on that.
We will be back on the 13th ready to go!

Hemos tenido problemas con el calor en el camión de comida. Nuestro ventilador no está funcionando correctamente, con las altas temperaturas de esta semana, ¡hemos decidido encargarnos de eso y finalmente instalar un aire acondicionado! Así que nos tomaremos esta semana para trabajar en eso.

Estaremos de vuelta el día 13, ¡listos para servirles!
