I don’t know about y’all, but this cooler weather today has us wanting to act UP around here at Crosby’s Prime Cuts! 😂🍂
Nothing says cooler weather like a big ol’ bowl of Taco Soup, some warm cornbread, and a cozy night at home! And of course, we’re using ground deer meat in ours. 🤤
This is one of those easy, throw-it-all-in-the-pot meals that’s perfect for using some of that deer in the freezer!
🌮 TACO SOUP
* 1 lb ground deer meat
* 1 can beef broth
* 1 can light red kidney beans, drained
* 1 can black beans, drained
* 1 can petite diced tomatoes
* 1 can corn, drained
* 1 can Rotel
* 1 packet ranch seasoning
* 1 packet taco seasoning
Brown and season your meat with Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, complete seasoning & Cavenders seasoning.
Dump everything else in, give it a good stir, and let it simmer for about an hour on medium heat.
Top it with shredded cheese or sour cream, and don’t forget the cornbread! 😍🦌
