We will be doing lunch deliveries for Thursday, September 3rd. Options include a loaded BBQ potato OR grilled chicken salad. Both options are $12. We deliver 5 or more plates. If you do not have 5 plates, we would be glad to meet somewhere in town.

Our Story

Flamin’ H Meatz was born out of necessity, a love for good food, and a desire to help people.

In 2020, our family’s world changed when we welcomed a baby who was in kidney failure. Between hospital stays, medical expenses, and trying to keep up with everyday life, we found ourselves struggling to make ends meet. We needed a way to bring in a little extra money to help cover the growing medical bills.

So, on the 4th of July, we decided to cook a few Boston Butts.

We never could have imagined what would happen next.

What started as a small way to help our own family quickly turned into a demand we couldn’t ignore. Before long, our porch was covered in borrowed smokers, and we were cooking for far more people than we ever planned to. Our community showed up for us in a way we will never forget.

At the same time, we had friends who were getting married and running into another problem: catering was expensive. The prices they were being quoted simply weren’t realistic for hardworking, everyday families. We believed there had to be another option, a way to serve great food at a price that didn’t require someone to break the bank just to celebrate the people they love.

And that’s when Flamin’ H Meatz was born.

The name itself is a little piece of who we are.

Flamin’ comes from Cody’s life as a full-time firefighter. Before becoming a career firefighter, he spent years serving as a volunteer firefighter. And, much like his career, we like to keep things hot, we do just about everything on the grill.

H stands for Herndon, because this business has always been about family.

And Meatz comes from where we started: grilled meats. We built this business around good meat, good fire, and good food. Over the years, we’ve grown far beyond just meats, and today we love creating all kinds of food and experiences for our customers.

But at the heart of it all, we’re still just a family business that started on a porch trying to pay a medical bill.

Every catering order, every Boston Butt, every steak night, every event, and every person who chooses to support Flamin’ H Meatz means more to us than you probably realize.

Because when you choose us to cater your wedding, birthday, party, or special event OR you simply show up and support us on a steak night. You’re not just buying a meal. You’re helping support our little family.

And for that, we will always be incredibly grateful.
