Attention customers:
We decided to get some electrical upgrades done by our friends at Vinson Plumbing and Electric this week. Our Slushie machines are offline the rest of today and most of tomorrow.
Once the electrical work is done, the Slushie machines will be back up and running. Sorry for the inconvenience, but we felt like this was the perfect time to do upgrades during an arctic storm.

SCAM ALERT❗️❗️❗️

Bootlegger customers, we wanted to bring your attention to a scam that is going around so that you don't personally fall victim to it!

Profiles such as the one I'm showing here, prey on our customers via facebook posts comments, claiming to have highly sought after bottles in stock they will ship to you. They want you to DM them and will seek to collect money while promising to ship you whatever you want. Unfortunately, those bottles never arrive in the mail.

Every week we block several of these type accounts but due to the holiday season we are seeing an increase in this activity. Once blocked they simply create a new profile and try again. You can always tell these type of spam accounts because they will have very low followers. All of their posts are typically pictures they've stolen from other liquors stores online, and they claim to be able to ship you anything you want to Alabama. Alabama has very strict laws about the shipment of liquor to our state.

Please do not fall victim to this scam! Please only buy your alcohol from reputable sources. We thank you for always supporting us Wiregrass!

Tomorrow, Friday 12/13/24 From 5pm-7pm we will have L.C May at our store to sign bottles of our Clyde May's Single Barrel Cask Strength barrel pick bourbon. We are super excited to have him in the store. He is the National Brand Ambassador for Clyde May's whiskey and the grandson of Clyde May. He also helped us with some great samples to pick out our barrel.

This would make an awesome Christmas gift for someone or to add a signed bottle to your own collection. So come on by and purchase a bottle or 2 and grab all the rest of your weekend beverages.

So, we are doing free bottle engraving for Christmas with the help of our Brown-Forman liquor rep. All you have to do is come in and pick out a bottle, pay for it, and fill out an engraving form. You can choose to have words engraved on the bottle, or even have a PDF logo or picture engraved.

All bottles for engraving will be picked up Friday 12/13 and taken to the site for engraving. They will be delivered back to the store for customer pickup on Friday 12/20. We will be sure to call everyone once the bottles have arrived for customer pickup.

We hope to see everybody in the store soon.

Well we have another surprise for today. We picked out an awesome barrel of Clyde May's bourbon a few months ago, and it came in today. It is a 5yr Single Barrel with a proof of 112.8. The price is $59.99.

And on another note, we were lucky enough to get a 3 bottle case of Woodford Reserve Baccarat edition. If you enjoy great bourbon or are looking for an awesome handmade crystal decanter to use for a lifetime, here you go. Instead of camping out overnight at the annual ABC lottery next month to be disappointed that this is on table #1 and gone, just walk into Bootleggers casually and buy it off the counter🤣.
