When I was a little guy, you couldn’t have found many people who wanted to spend more time in the woods than I did. Hunting was and still is one of the biggest parts of my life.
Fast forward a few decades, and now it’s how I make a living and provide for my family.
Just like so many of you who follow this page and do business with us, hunting is more than a weekend hobby. It’s an obsession. It’s what drives us through those long, hot summer days working hard, planting, checking cameras, hanging stands, and counting down the days until those chilly sits in the fall.
There’s not much that brings me more joy than seeing the smiling faces of successful hunters rolling into the skinning shed. Even though my own days of hunting are a little fewer now that I’m in the deer business, I still enjoy getting out there every chance I get.
This picture is a few generations of smiles gathered around one success story. The end of a three-year chase of a deer that kept me up some nights 😂 That’s what hunting is all about the memories, the stories, and the people you get to share them with.
