In June of 1846, 33 California settlers captured the Mexican Garrison in Sonoma, and raised the “Bear Flag” declaring independence. Calvary arrived. The republic supported the

California Coffee
2 oz. Lost Republic Bourbon
5 oz. coffee
2 tsp. sugar
heavy cream
Pour the bourbon, coffee, and sugar into a heated glass mug.
Stir, then top off with a thick layer of lightly whipped heavy cream.

2 oz. Lost Republic Rye Wh***ey
1/2 oz. Grand Marnier
1/2 ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed
1 dash grenadine
1 egg white
Shake ingredients with cracked ice. Double-strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
