It is with deep love and sadness that we share the passing of Peter Smiderle (March 24, 1951 – August 17, 2025).

Peter lived a full and beautiful life rooted in family, faith, and the vineyard he poured his heart into. He will always be remembered for his warm smile, generous spirit, and the way he made everyone feel welcome. His legacy will forever be woven into the land, the w**es, and the traditions he so proudly carried forward.

We invite family and friends to join us in celebrating his life:

🙏 Rosary — Friday, September 19 at 6:00 PM | St. John’s Healdsburg
🕊️ Memorial Service — Saturday, September 20 at 10:00 AM | St. John’s Healdsburg
🍷 Reception — Following at MoniClaire Vineyards | 12:00–3:00 PM

Peter’s life was a blessing, and his memory will remain an enduring light for all who knew and loved him.

This *EXTREMELY LIMITED* bottling is now available at the w**ery and it is delicious. The mountain fruit from the Spring Mountain AVA is bright and full of red fruit flavors shining through. With great acidity, this is the perfect w**e for all of your holiday feasts. 🦃🎄
