The beautiful pinks and greens are bursting out on the Cartograph Estate Riesling. These leaves are out but the buds closest to the trunk are still pretty tight. Pruning will slow things down to get us to warmer weather.

The Estate vineyard before the first round of rain when there were still leaves hanging and after the rain. The cover crop includes Sweet alyssum, Pot Marigold (Calendula), bell beans, triticale, sweet peas. We should see a lot more growth after this next rain.
