Why do we love high-elevation fruit so much? Let us break it down for ya!

Grapes grown at higher elevations stay relatively small and grow thick skins to protect themselves from their exposure to extreme elements at high altitude such as the dun. Cooler nights also lock in acidity, so the w**e stays fresh instead of flabby.

Smaller berries + thicker skins = more skin per drop of juice AND, this is good because the skins are also where the good stuff lives: tannin, color, and flavor!

The result? W**es with structure, depth, and grip (for the reds).

We have a big Saturday coming up! Two events, same day, loads of fun.

Saturday, October 3. W**e's open, volume's up. Come hang.

2–5 PM → Live music by Adam Lieb 🤘🎸

Guitar wizard. Played with Robert Fripp, recorded at Abbey Road. Rock, blues, and soul with a passport full of global influences. Glass in hand, obviously.

5–7 PM → DJ Block Party 🎨

Our first-ever block party in Fountain Plaza. DJ Bianka (Cutie Radio) on the decks, Filipino, French, and Basque bites by Masaya, and Healdsburg's best makers, artists, and tattooers all in one spot. W**e deals by the glass and bottle. Free. Grab a table, link in bio.
