Some behind the scenes of bottling our 2025 George’s Hill Old Vine & Estate Chardonnay💛

After spending 11 months aging in 25% new French oak barrels, it’s now headed into the next stage: bottle aging. The wine will rest for another 12 to 18 months before it’s ready for release, allowing the flavors to integrate and develop even more complexity.

We can’t wait to share it with you!
