The 2021 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon brings together some of our finest sites on Stonestreet Mountain, capturing the structure, freshness, and character of the Mayacamas.

Vivid dark fruit, sage, graphite, and floral notes unfold across a poised palate, framed by fine-grained tannins and bright acidity. Complex yet light on its feet, it’s a Cabernet made for the table and a true reflection of its elevated origins.

Crafted for spring and summer, this aromatic white marries the pedigree of high‑elevation terroir with effortless Mediterranean sophistication. Wildflower, stone fruit, and lemon thyme rise from the glass, underscored by a striking minerality that carries through a vibrant, textured palate.

Assyrtiko leads with jasmine, pomelo, and mandarin zest, delivering signature acidity and saline freshness. Semillon follows, lending depth and roundness with subtle notes of stone fruit, honey, and white tea.

Discover the singular expression of our 2019 Rockfall Cabernet Sauvignon, a w**e born from the furthest reaches of our mountain estate. Sourced from a vineyard perched 2,000 to 2,200 feet above the fog line, this bottling is a testament to the power and complexity of high-elevation w**egrowing.
Its character is truly wild, a reflection of its rugged growing site. Elegant aromas of blackberry, cigar box, crème de cassis, and black tea introduce a savory palate with generous textural richness and ample tannins. Meticulously fermented in French oak upright tanks and aged for 20 months in barrel, its structure promises years of cellar aging, allowing its nuanced flavors to evolve.
