Super small yield results in only 52 cases of 2015 Balinard Pinot
- bottled today. But what little we made is going to be delicious!

Bottling 2015 Balinard Vineyard Pinot on Monday morning. It'll need until at least April of next year before it's ready to be released.

We did component tasting today for our 2015 Balinard Pinot Noir. It's amazing how the blend is so much more balanced than the individual components. FYI - the components are:

VR new oak
VR neutral oak
115 1yr old oak
115 neutral oak
Calera 1yr old oak
Calera neutral

Even though it was a difficult harvest, I'm super-excited about how this wine is going to turn out. It should be ready for release late Spring 2017.

2014 Balinard Pinot has been bottled for quite a while now. It's tasting delicious, but needs several more months in the bottle before it'll be released. Excited.
