One of the greatest gifts of building Fogliani Foods has been the people we’ve met along the way.
Tony Bonviso is the founder and master gelato maker behind Fiorello’s Artisan Gelato. He makes incredible Italian gelato which pairs beautifully with our Italian waffle cookies. 🍨🧇 It was pretty much inevitable that our paths would cross!
The photo on the left takes me back to 2018, when we paired our pizzelle with Tony’s gelato. Fast-forward eight years to today, and here we are - still building our businesses, still supporting one another and, most importantly, still friends.
You start a business thinking about the product you’re going to make, the customers you’re going to reach and the company you’re going to build. What you don’t anticipate are the wonderful people who will become part of your story along the way.
