👩‍🍳 Woman-Owned Our first products are traditional Italian cookies, Pizzelle, which come in a variety of flavors.

Fogliani Foods is a company that prides itself on providing quality Italian foods based on traditional Italian recipes. The recipe comes straight from the kitchens of my maternal grandmother, Josephine Raulli and my mother, Tina Fogliani. The motivation comes from my maternal grandfather, Raffaele Raulli, who came to America from Calabria and founded and grew a successful cookie business, Sunland

Biscuit Company, and a pasta business, L.A. Macaroni. The name of the company, Fogliani Foods, is in honor of my paternal grandfather, Theodore Fogliani, and my father, Theodore Fogliani, Jr. both of whom worked tirelessly to build their own businesses, so that one day I could do exactly what I am doing today.
