Since you are requesting, we will take some smoked brisket orders through this Thursday!

Pickups will be Saturday, 9/5, from 10am-3pm. Perfect for your Labor Day weekend gatherings. Be sure to get your orders in by Thursday, September 3rd, at 6:00 PM!
• Smoked briskets: $14.99/lb (green weight)
• Half briskets: 6–8 lbs
• Whole briskets: 11–14 lbs

We won’t be offering anything smaller than a half brisket. If you prefer a couple pounds, we will have some in store on a first come first serve basis. This will be pre-sliced and packaged in 1lb packs.

Fresh Jalapeño & Cheese Snack Sticks are in the storefront, along with our all-beef Grass-Fed Snack Sticks! 🌶️🧀🥩 You cannot get these Mungo Farms quality smoked products anywhere else! Check out our summer sausages when you are here as well! All made in house!

We’ve also got beef tallow rendered right here in our facility and ready for your kitchen! You can grab it in solid tubs OR our convenient cubed tallow jars. The cubes make cooking so easy—just toss one in the pan and get to cooking! 😆 This is our own beef fat, rendered down right here in-house.

🦃 IT MAY NOT SEEM LIKE IT… BUT IT’S TIME TO START THINKING ABOUT YOUR THANKSGIVING TURKEY! 🦃

Let us take some of the holiday cooking stress off your plate this year! We’ll be curing & smoking Thanksgiving turkeys in our state-of-the-art smokehouse! 🔥

We will have farm-fresh, North Carolina raised, all-natural & free-range turkeys.

• 16–20 lb turkeys
• 20–24 lb turkeys
• $5.50/lb for the turkeys.

Want us to do the cooking too? Purchase your turkey from us and have us smoke it for an additional $45!

‼️ RESERVE YOUR TURKEY EARLY!

If you want to purchase a turkey from us, reservations must be made THIS WEEK through Thursday, August 27th during store hours.

We will only be ordering a LIMITED NUMBER, so once they’re spoken for, they’re gone!

💲 $40 deposit required at reservation.

🦃 PICKUP the day before THANKSGIVING

Smoked turkeys will be fully cooked and ready for pickup the day before Thanksgiving, and we’ll provide heating instructions so you can serve it perfectly on Thanksgiving Day!
