We are opening a meat market soon. Everything will be under the Mungo’s Deer Processing MUNGO FARMS MEAT CO. page. Please read this post and follow us on there, as we will be deleting this page.

New year, a new chapter for our family business!

Since 1991, we’ve proudly served our community as Mungo’s Deer Processing, exclusively processing deer. In 2020, we expanded to include custom cow and hog processing—and now, we’re taking the next step forward.

We’re excited to officially become Mungo Farms Meat Co. 😆

This new name reflects our growth into a full-service meat market (opening date coming soon) and State–inspected processing facility. We will continue processing deer during season, along with beef and pork year-round, while staying true to the quality, care, and service you’ve trusted for decades.

PLEASE SHARE, as we want to bring awareness to the name change. Whatever you call us, just CALL US for the fresh meat!!

It’s been a very hot and dry South Carolina summer! 🥵

We’ve been doing what we can to keep the cows as cool as possible. Pictured below you can see some of the sheds we have built in a couple of different pastures. We believe the cows are pretty happy with them!
