Yo Momma's BBQ began in its early days by competing in local BBQ competitions (under a different team name) with a smoker that was in such bad shape, the legs were literally falling off! We had to strap the legs on with one bungee cord and strap t
he barrel on with another. LOL Ya know how we all get a wild hair from time to time? It occurred to me that I had reached my ripe ol' (undisclosed) age and had (gasp) never competed in a BBQ competition, so we did! That first year, we placed 8th out of 276 competitors. We competed year after year, honing the sauce and rub recipes until we were ultimately taking 2nd in State Championships. We have continued to make our delicious BBQ, and after years of continuing to just enjoy the thrill of competition, have decided to listen to the numerous requests asking if I sold our seasoning (dry rub) and our sauces so folks can take some home... and finally... that time has come. And thus the birth of Yo Momma's BBQ Sauces and Seasoning (Dry Rub)....
Today, we start with the freshest of ingredients and make everything from scratch. There are no artificial preservatives or colors, soy, gluten and I test every batch to ensure you have the highest quality. Yo Momma makes 3 Sauces to tickle your palette. They are:
