I will have nearly 100 whole chickens available for pickup starting Wednesday July, 27th. I posted several weeks ago and had lots of interest, so hopefully this post will answer questions.

Whole birds will be shrink wrapped and should average 5lbs; they are $4.00 a pound.
They will be available for pickup on the 27th after 6:00pm or all day on the 28th. Birds picked up on these days will be fresh. Any birds picked up after this will be frozen.
If you are interested in birds please message me so that I can reserve them for you and let me know if you’ll be coming the 27th, 28th or if you would like an alternate pickup time. I will do my best to have birds prebagged and let you know an exact total prior to arrival. Cash, check and Venmo are accepted.

Two midsize Highland cows; one dun and one red. Both of these cows are mid sized, meaning their about 48” and are middle aged (6’ish). They have both produced great calves for me and are easy to work around. Weaned fall calves off of them this spring, so they’re open and ready to breed. Just changing direction and sticking with commercial cows.

Two year old Mangalitsa swallow belly sow. Purebred, but not papered. Just weaning a litter off of her, she can be placed back in with the boar. Great mother, easy to work around.

Four year old swallow belly boar, purebred, but not papered. Always get his job done and is very easy to work around.

Four gilts born in November. These gals are getting large. Feed them a bit more and fill the freezer, or back them down a bit and put them in the breeding pen.

One gilt, two boars (will be narrowed soon) born 3/18/22 out of the sow and boar above.

Low quality pic, high quality sheep. It was such a nice day I decided to do some shearing. H***h bred 17 ewes last fall and this spring; he has several promising lambs on the ground with several more to come in the next few months. Hopefully I'll get some pics of them in the next couple weeks.
