Several months ago the bakery we were using to bake our bread no longer had space for us. So we looked for a new space...and looked, and looked, and looked. Turns out we probably won't be baking anytime soon, but we're shifting gears to help you bake. Who out there is baking more at home? Would you be interested in simple ways to bake amazing bread in your oven? We have some ideas, but we'd love to hear what you're doing, thinking, and wanting. Please chime in.

“Dad jokes, which are usually puns, are the simplest and easiest way to get a laugh,” Dr. Pierce says. “They are safe, and no one will be offended.” Even eye rolls don’t hurt.

Humor that leads to groans and eye rolls may still help build stronger relationships between parents and children.

We're big on water quality, and we see a big difference in our bread when we use quality water. There is a Farm Bill in the U.S. House of Rep right now that would heavily benefit pesticide companies and relax regulations on pesticide runoff into our water sources. This is a major threat to health in order to benefit the pesticide companies. Not a good choice. Below is a link for one way to take action: writing your Representative on this issue.

Congress is about to vote on a new farm bill – a massive piece of legislation that has a big impact on our food, air and water. But the proposed bill does more to protect Big Ag’s bottom line than our health or the environment.
