Tahiti has officially been in milk for 508 DAYS… and she’s still going strong! 💪🥛 She freshened on March 16, 2025, and continues to fill the bucket like a champ. She’s proof that a well-loved, well-fed dairy cow can keep on giving!

Since it’s National Dairy Month, we thought it was the perfect time to introduce the ladies behind the milk! ❤️

🤎 Tahiti (Brown Swiss)
The gentle giant of the herd. Tahiti is sweet, calm, and a little spicy. Brown Swiss cows are known for producing milk with excellent protein content, making it fantastic for cheese, yogurt, and other dairy products.

🤍 Big Girl (Jersey)
Our little farm celebrity and resident milk machine. Jerseys are famous for producing rich, creamy milk with high butterfat—perfect for butter, cream, and ice cream. Big Girl never misses a meal and always keeps us laughing. She is always on alert for visitors because 🚩 STRANGER DANGER 🚩

🖤 Phyllis (Holstein)
The black-and-white beauty of the bunch. Holsteins are known for producing large volumes of milk, and Phyllis proudly carries on that tradition. She’s a gentle soul with a big heart and a big contribution to the milk pail!

❤️ Kitty (Ayrshire)
Don’t let her name fool you—Kitty is all cow! Ayrshires are known for producing beautifully balanced milk with great butterfat and protein. A fun fact about Ayrshire milk is that the cream doesn’t separate quite as dramatically as some other breeds, but it’s still there! Many people love its naturally smooth appearance and rich flavor.

Our milk is a blend of all these amazing girls and their unique qualities. The rich creaminess of Jersey milk, the protein-packed goodness of Brown Swiss milk, the volume of Holstein milk, and the balanced flavor of Ayrshire milk all come together to create what we think is the perfect glass of milk. ❤️

Butter has been a kitchen staple for generations, but did you know not all butter tastes the same?

🥛 Traditional butter is made by churning fresh cream until the butterfat separates from the buttermilk. Simple, delicious, and perfect for everyday use.

✨ Cultured butter takes things one step further. Before churning, the cream is allowed to culture (similar to yogurt or buttermilk), developing a richer flavor, slight tang, and extra creaminess. It’s an old-world method that creates butter with incredible depth and character.
