The Flour Girl campus consists of three buildings: the bakery, the cafe, and The Dooryard, all situated right on Main Street in Hebron, CT. We have parking available in front of the cafe as well as in our back parking lot accessible via Routes 66 and 85. Please use our front entrance through the pink door on the front porch!

If you haven't heard of the Crazies, it's Connecticut's biggest restaurant hospitality award ceremony to honor top-performing chefs, bartenders, restaurants, servers, and hotels.⁠

It is Friday, so you already know we have fresh donuts-- and they're not just any donuts, they are in fact strawberry frosted (don't judge me if you see me scarfing one down behind the counter, listen) 🍓

We also have jam bars again! Topped with sugary oat pieces and made with our homemade Amish Traffic jam-- a blend of rhubarb, cranberries, cherries, and strawberries.

Grab a donut, a jam bar, and one of each of the three cookies (peanut butter, caramel toffee, chocolate chip), and you're set ✨️

If you're feeling a hot mess today, just know you're in good company-- our new hot mess breakfast sandwich is loaded with egg, spinach, provolone, Sriracha cream cheese, caramelized red onion, and your choice of breakfast meat (bacon, sausage, ham, veggie sausage) on sourdough. Wow 🫠

If you're trying to dial it back from feeling a hot mess, a bagel with our new raspberry lemon drop cream cheese will certainly refresh you-- it even comes topped with a little candied lemon 🍋

Then for lunch, treat yourself to a ham and honey sandwich, which is a sweet blend of ham, Swiss cheese, honey mustard, lettuce, tomato, and onion, all on a toasted croissant (yup, toasted) 😎

These are all available now and as long as they last on our breakfast and lunch specials in the cafe!
