Dear Devine Farms Friends,
I have enjoyed our friendship and your interaction lo these many years. Gosh, we had fun during our pumpkin years! Our last pumpkin season on the farm was fall, 2015. It was difficult to say goodbye but it was time for our retirement. We were definitely ready to retire and enjoy more family time but not ready to say goodbye to all of you. So, I continued to post on this page – jokes, craft ideas and information about activities to do with your kiddos. It was a delightful interaction that we shared. I’ve decided 2023 is the year that I archive/remove this page from Facebook and stop posting. Thanks for all the memories! Goodbye and Happy 2023 to all! (It may take me awhile to close down this page since Facebook instructions are not straightforward, at least to me.) Goodbye friends, Charla Devine

Our Story

We retired from the pumpkin business. Our last season was 2015. We enjoyed 21 years of fun and wonderful families, school groups, etc. We still live on the farm. We continued to sell straw bales until Aug., 30, 2019. Straw and squirrel corn was all sold on the honor system on the porch of farm building one - 24/7. We ran out of straw and had to wait until July harvest this year to have straw to sell. Sadly, we have stopped selling the straw as of today. Since July, people are not honoring “the honor system.” We gave it July & August but it not change. We appreciate everyone who honored the system and were with us nearly 25 years. By the way, we are currently out of corn for the critters. We will let you know when we get more corn in.
