May 31, 2026. It is a good time to reintroduce ourselves, say 'WELCOME' to all the new folks who like our page and if you read to the bottom of this post you will get a chance to vote on something.

We started this page in 2008 to complement our main website which is listed elsewhere on the details of this page as well as an updated INTRO. You can find many more details and explanations on our regular Woroniecki Ranch Quarter Horses website.

We are Jodie and Warren Woroniecki. I, Jodie, am the one writing this post. We are 60 and 61 years old this year. I was born in 1966 and graduated from Watford City High School in 1984. Warren was born in 1965 and graduated from Hebron High School in 1983. We both attended, and met each other at, North Dakota State University, completing our agricultural degrees in 1987 and 1988. We have known each other since January 1985. We were married in 1987 and will celebrate 39 years this summer. Warren and I were born in the early years of the demographic group Gen X, although we missed being Baby Boomers by only 1 & 2 years. Hang in there... this background will come into play toward the end of this post.

We settled into married life to ranch and raise cattle, horses, kids (5), and now grandbabies (5, soon to be 6 and counting). Our lives were enriched by numerous dogs and cats and our numerous ranch 4-H horses over the years. I was an Agriculture Education instructor both full time and part time as a substitute in that area as well as other high school subjects. I received my 30 Year teaching certificate several years ago. I was also the drama director for our local high school for many years and we hosted 6 different Foreign Exchange Students over the years our kids were in school.

We both created and have run Prairie Nutrition Center, Inc. PNC Inc is an animal livestock nutrition company with Warren as the nutritionist. He creates and handles all our own products and we have a 5 state regional presence. Between the cattle, horses and PNC Inc business we employ ourselves and 5 other full time employees including 2 of our 5 children. We currently reside on Warren's home ranch and we run and manage cattle on my mother's family (Levang) place in McKenzie County. We promote youth FFA, 4-H and rodeos; and many community organizations not just in our own community but in those of our mineral customers as well.

Back to horses and this particular page. For years we have used themes each year for our foals such as movies, Star Wars, Disney movies, botany, ocean things, earth things, outer space etc. Some folks love our names and others not so much. That is fine. We feel our buyers can change the name of the horse they buy to whatever they want. We do this just to keep track of the years and to be able to identify each foal. Coming up with those themes has been a collaborative effort as a family and we have had a lot of fun with them.

We also have certain name wording for each of our six stallions. All their babies are named as you see below. This is how you can tell the sire of each foal without seeing the pedigree. Two stallions have passed away but we have many of their daughters and sons in our program (breeding and riding) and this also enables you to identify the sires of some of our broodmares as well. We generally then 'barn name/call' them the name in the X's. Paddys Gin Surf JW is just Surf, Whiskey Up Aspen JW is Aspen, Ting Bartender is Ting etc.

TRR Paddys Texas Gin are Paddys Gin ###### JW (Up to 6 letters)
Whoop Up Whiskey are Whiskey Up ###### JW (Up to 6 letters)
Top Gun Whiskey are Top Gun ######### JW (Up to 9 letters)
Jacks Our Bartender are X###### Bartender JW (Up to 7 letters)
Goldun Topsail are X######xx Topsail JW (Up to 9 letters)
My Bluestem Drift JW are Bluestem ######xx JW (Up to 8 letters

Walter O Rielly were X#########x Drift JW (Up to 11 letters)
JK Jay Reed were X#########xx Reed JW (Up to 12 letters)

We have made special considerations on the 'barn names' on some of the Roan Bar family of mares. Whiskey Up Roan JW is by Whoop as her name indicates but we call her 'Fin' which means Fancy in Swedish (our exchange student from Sweden named her) and so on. What we call the mares is indicated in their specific bios both on Facebook and our website.

On September 25, 2024 I had a craniotomy to remove a brain tumor that took up 20 to 25% of my brain space. I will not go in to huge details here, but know that I am well and it was a benign cancer. I continue yearly follow ups. Many of you on this page are also family and friends with me on my personal page and been with me on my 'brain adventure' turned to 'brain journey' since the beginning. My personal page is public so that anybody can see and view. I have posted detail updates there (12-8-24, 1-8-25, 4-15-25, 8-2-25) and will update more soon. Feel free to take a read and look on my Jodie Thompson Woroniecki page.

The reason I tell this here is that during the 20 months post-craniotomy, I have gained a renewed interest in all areas of my/our life... the cattle, horses, family and nature. I was DULL for many years. I am actively outside even more than I was years ago and walking an average of 3.5 miles daily. My worst symptoms were dizziness and forgetfulness. It had become very difficult for me to do physical tasks without falling down. And forgetfulness.... well it made me forget details like phone calls, requests for pictures, bookwork, conversations etc. Some of my memories of the years of 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 are pretty fuzzy and most memories gone or very elusive. I apologize to those of you who may have contacted me during those years. I remember all my old things prior and once the tumor was gone, my new memory abilities are really good. As a family we are so blessed that I am here and productive again when it could so easily have gone a different direction resulting in my death or severe incapacity.

Throughout my recovery, as I detail on my personal page posts, music became a HUGE source of comfort and expression. Prior to that it was just gone.... even the nostalgic music we take for granted. Well, I don't take that for granted any longer because it really was GONE and now it is BACK!!

WHICH brings us full circle to our ages, demographic group, Gen X and some hold over Boomer music from the 50s and 60s. We are both being selfish and CELEBRATING ... OUR lives and the music WE grew up with for our 2026 foal naming THEME!!

I am sure many of you have seen our current theme is Rock bands from the 70s, 80s and 90s. Often it is certain songs that ring it for us more than the actual bands themselves. Those songs we highlight in the intro paragraph for each foal. We shorten the band names to fit our number of letters permitted for each stallion.

We have already named 23 of our expected 34 foals and have a pending name of Chicago for the 24th foal.... so 10 more names to come up with!! I will list the ones we have already used below. We do have an ongoing list of additional names to use but we'd like to give you guys a chance to chime in on the next 10 names. Those 10 mares yet to foal are late and will trickle in through June, July and maybe later. Keep in mind the letter constraints for each sire but we can shorten. Example would be Whitesnake could be shortened to just Snake; Trick for Cheap Trick; Special for 38 Special etc. We are NOT using names from single name artists such as Elton John, Rod Stewart, Madonna, Cher etc.

The Rock Band names used so far:
REO for REO Speedwagon
Toto
Asia
ACDC for AC/DC
Queen
Ranger for Night Ranger
Go Gos for The Go-Gos
ZZ Top
Poison
Stones for The Rolling Stones
Boston
Blondie
Journey
Beatles for The Beatles
Bangles for The Bangles
Bon Jovi
Creedence for Creedence Clearwater Revival (CCR)
Guns for Guns N' Roses
Kiss
Chicago

To complete the 24 born, we have 3 other Top Gun Movie foals named and 1 pedigree named baby.

So of the 10 needed, one more will be a Top Gun name but the other 9 Rock Band names are up for suggestions and voting.

So....READY, SET, GO.... Give Suggestions....

This is a tribute to 2008 Peponita Roan Bar JW aka Strawberry. Please see this for what it is and keep any negative comments away as we will delete them. This mare was special to us.

Ranching is a hard business, but it is also a calling. We truly believe each of us is put on this Earth for a purpose, and ours is to care for these animals through both the joyful moments and the heartbreaking ones.

Spring is usually filled with excitement as new babies begin arriving, but with livestock also comes loss, no matter how much preparation, care, and experience you have behind you. Breeding horses is a year-long commitment and labor of love. Pairings are thoughtfully planned months in advance, then we rely on the stallion to do his job, pray for a successful breeding, and wait nearly 11 months while that mare carries and grows new life.

Our first mare to foal in the 2026 season was one of the true foundation mares of our program, Peponita Roan Bar JW — “Strawberry.” Tragically, while foaling, she suffered a ruptured uterine artery and passed quickly from internal bleeding. She was 18 years old.

Strawberry was more than just a broodmare to us. She was one of four offspring we retained from one of our founding mares, Fancy Roan Belle. From that small group came generations that helped shape our entire program and our ranch. Her legacy runs deep here.

She was the kind of broodmare everyone hopes for. No matter what stallion she was crossed on, she consistently gave us some of the top foals each year. Her babies were always sought after, and if we offered them for sale, they were often among the first to be spoken for. Time and time again, she produced quality, talent, and good minds. She gave us so much to be grateful for.

Through Strawberry and both sides of her family of horses, we have retained daughters, sons, sisters, brothers, nieces, nephews, cousins, and grandget that continue to carry her influence forward. Horses connected to her bloodline that we have on our ranch include VG Docs Fancy Roan, Whiskey Up Roan JW, Whiskey Up Poland JW, Paddys Gin Fanta JW, Peponita Stareyed JW “Bubbles,” Angel Lace Reed JW, Del Rio Bartender JW, Sagebrush Drift JW, Paddys Gin Frodo JW, Condor Bartender JW, London Blue Drift JW, Larimar Bartender JW, Roan Bar Topsail JW, Bluestem Roan Bar JW, and Whiskey Up Roan JW’s future 2026 foal as well as the 2026 foals from Angel, Sagebrush and Del Rio.

Her impact on our program cannot be measured in papers or pedigrees alone. She helped build the kind of horses we value — good-minded, dependable, athletic, and rooted in generations of proven ranch horses.

Strawberry produced 12 foals for us from 2014 to 2026. Although we lost her far too soon, Strawberry made sure to leave us with one final gift — her beautiful 2026 filly. That filly will stay here with us, carrying on a piece of her mother’s legacy for generations to come.

Losing mares like this is one of the hardest parts of raising horses. No matter how long you do this, it never gets easier when you lose one that means so much.

Thank you, Strawberry, for everything you gave our ranch over the years and for the legacy you leave behind in every horse that carries a piece of you forward. You will always be part of this place.
In the pictures below, you will see 3 pictures of her being ridden in her prime; 9 more pictures of her going back in time to when she was a young foal at her mother’s side; 7 more of her as a mama with her wonderful babies; and finally 12 more starting with her first foal until her last one this year. And a crazy thing we saw while putting this together is that the picture of her 2026 filly looks remarkedly like Strawberry herself did as a baby back in 2008!

Her 2026 filly was the one posted just prior to this post. Bluestem Roan Bar JW aka Pua

Bluestem Roan Bar JW (AQHA PENDING)
Peponita Roan Bar JW x My Bluestem Drift JW

Born 5-3-26. Some years we do a fun theme for names. This year for Top Gun Whiskey we are continuing with Top Gun Call Signs from the original 1986 movie and the 2022 movie. Our other stallions will have the names of Rock Bands from the 70s, 80s and 90s. This filly will have a pedigree name and not follow any of the themes, but we are calling her Pua. Our granddaughter named her as she was with us the day she was born. Pua is the small pig from the movie Moana and our granddaughter just loves that movie!

‘Pua’ is a sorrel/red roan filly with no white on her legs and a very small white star/hairs on her forehead. If roaning does not become apparent, we will color test. Her dam, Peponita Roan Bar JW aka Strawberry tragically, while foaling or shortly after, suffered a ruptured uterine artery and passed quickly from internal bleeding. She was 18 years old. Strawberry was more than just a broodmare to us. She was one of four offspring we retained from one of our founding mares, Fancy Roan Belle. From that small group came generations that helped shape our entire program and our ranch. Her legacy runs deep here. She was the kind of broodmare everyone hoped for. No matter what stallion she was crossed on, she consistently gave us some of the top foals each year. Her babies were always sought after, and if we offered them for sale, they were often among the first to be spoken for. Time and time again, she produced quality, talent, and good minds. She gave us so much to be grateful for. Through Strawberry and her family of horses, we have retained daughters, sons, sisters, brothers, nieces, nephews, cousins, and grandget that continue to carry her influence forward. Horses connected to both sides of her bloodline that we have on our ranch include Docs Fancy Roan, Whiskey Up Roan JW, Whiskey Up Poland JW, Paddys Gin Fanta JW, Peponita Stareyed JW “Bubbles,” Angel Lace Reed JW, Del Rio Bartender JW, Sagebrush Drift JW, Paddys Gin Frodo JW, Condor Bartender JW, London Blue Drift JW, Larimar Bartender JW, Roan Bar Topsail JW, Miss Two ID Peponita (see link below), Bluestem Roan Bar JW, and Whiskey Up Roan JW’s future 2026 foal as well as the 2026 foals Journey Topsail JW, Creedence Topsail JW and Whiskey Up Queen JW.

Strawberry’s impact on our program cannot be measured in papers or pedigrees alone. She helped build the kind of horses we value — good-minded, dependable, athletic, and rooted in generations of proven ranch horses. We raised her out of our mare, Fancy Roan Belle aka Roany who was a cornerstone mare for our program. Her sire was Mr Salty Peponita. Strawberry had a 2014 blue roan filly, Raz Ber Rita Reed JW, 2016 bay roan filly Riveria Reed JW, both by JK Jay Reed; 2017 Whiskey Up Bonita JW by Whoop Up Whiskey and 2018 Miss Two ID Peponita by Two ID Sweet Buck from Tien Quarter Horses who was a keeper for us and gave us her first foal in 2023. Her 2019 foal, Paddys Gin Jafar JW, by TRR Paddys Texas Gin, was a big stout red roan that went with a repeat buyer. Her 2020 foal Top Gun Arlington JW by Top Gun Whiskey and was a mini me of his sire and went to a repeat buyer. She had a 2021 filly, Manzanita Drift JW, by Walter O Rielly aka Radar, who is now sold to a family in Idaho with a very strong appreciation for all Walter O Rielly offspring. Her 2022 foal, Top Gun Stingray JW, also by Top Gun, went to Canada. Her 2023 foal, London Blue Drift JW, has been retained for us. Her 2024 filly was also by Radar, Callisto Drift JW, went with a repeat buyer. Her 2025 filly by Goldun Topsail, Roan Bar Topsail JW, stayed with us as well. Strawberry out produced herself no matter who she was bred to.

Pua is from the 2nd foal crop of our young, home raised stallion My Bluestem Drift JW. He is 91% NFQHA and eligible to register. He does carry a copy of the cream gene which he will pass on 50% of the time. He is the result of a very good experiment we tried; breeding his dam to his sire, Walter O Rielly aka Radar. Radar was a foundation stallion we had purchased several years ago to get some fillies to retain back for our program. Within the first few years, we discovered we really liked his foals for ourselves as saddle horses. He became a great addition to our program and had 12 foal crops for us. He brought older foundation lines to cross back with our Paddy's get. Radar threw BIG foals that could cover a lot of ground with amazing laid-back dispositions. Most of his offspring have gone on to be ranch horses, with a few rope and barrel prospects too. We then decided to breed one of our favorite ranch mares we used, My Kittys Belle JW, and cross with Radar in hopes of getting some foals we just knew we would want to keep and ride. My Kittys Belle JW’s mother, My Little Kitty, was owned by Barbra Kennedy Johnson and was given to Ella. Belle’s sire was our late 96% NFQHA stallion, JK Jay Reed, who was a consistent producer. We really liked Bluestem and always thought of him as a stallion prospect and replacement for his sire. We were very picky and waited a long time for a Radar replacement and then we had Bluestem! We didn’t need him yet, so he was sent to training as a 2 year old, started under saddle, became quite well broke, did some ranching and was well into his roping training by spring of 2024 when his sire passed at the age of 24. It was time to bring him home to fulfill his place in our program. Bluestem is deeply rooted in our program with JK Jay Reed, Walter O Rielly, My Kittys Belle and My Little Kitty. 2026 is Bluestem’s second foal crop. As we do all our horses, we evaluate after a few foal crops. We like what we see so far.

Pua is 92% NFQHA eligible. If you are drawn to old foundation breeding, this filly has got it! This was the first and (now) the only time we paired this sire and dam together and she is all we hoped she would be. She reminds us very much of Bluestem’s mama, Belle.

After milking her deceased mama, getting her that colostrum plus frozen colostrum from our freezer, the vet and donated colostrum from a friend, her 24 hour IGG showed she was over 800 and that was sufficient. She required 24/7 bottle feeding every 1-3 hours as we worked to have one of our open mares brought back into milk. Pua is now being raised by one of our open mares. She is doing very well and with lots of hours, hard work and some ‘love potion’ medicine, the mare has accepted Pua as her own! We are so thankful this filly has come through and is thriving. We will be keeping Pua for ourselves.

FOR SALE

Beatles Bartender JW (AQHA PENDING)
Paddys Gin Llano JW x Jacks Our Bartender

Born 5-26-26 Some years we do a fun theme for names. This year for Top Gun Whiskey we are continuing with Top Gun Call Signs from the original 1986 movie and the 2022 movie. Our other stallions will have the names of Rock Bands from the 70s, 80s and 90s. This stallion is named Beatles. The Beatles, started in 1960, were an English rock band from Liverpool, consisting of John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison, and Ringo Starr, widely regarded as the most influential band in popular music. They permanently changed the global music landscape when they first arrive in the USA on February 7, 1964. Some of their most famous songs were “Come Together”, “Let It Be”, “Hey Jude” and “I Want to Hold Your Hand” and many more.

‘Beatles’ is a bay/bay roan stallion with a star and no white on legs. He has a chance of being homozygous for roan and will be tested. His dam, Paddys Gin Llano JW aka Llano pronounced L-A-N-O is a mare we raised out of another Grantier Quarter Horse program mare Dry Biscuit Mujer JW aka Biscuit. Biscuit is multiple generations of Grantier’s breeding program. On her damside, Kingsburys Buck was often referred to as Larry Grantier’s best mare at that time. Maternal grandsire was Mujer Tacky Jay who sired too many ranch, family, 4-H, performance horses to count in his breeding career. The Zans Banjoe lines were also cornerstone in their program. Last but not least is her sire Dry Pages who as a 1995 stallion had also sired more than his share of excellent using horses. We are very proud to have this Dry Pages daughter in our program. She is still producing for us and her foals are quickly becoming some of the first ones to sell. Llano is by our original Paddy’s stallion, TRR Paddys Texas Gin. Tex puts very thick and muscular foals on the ground with very nice muscle expression on them as well as a lot of athleticism and as they develop, they have a lot of vigor. They have all been started under saddle by various buyers and the majority of people love them and come back over and over as repeat buyers. The Paddys Irish Whiskey horses are making a name for themselves in everything from cutting to cowhorse events to roping horses and are very versatile—Tanquery Gin, Doc O’Lena, Docs Starlight, Poco Tivio, Peppy San Badger. Llano’s first foal in 2024, Magnetar Drift JW, by Walter O Rielly aka Radar, has been sold to neighbors who ranch on several of the Radar offspring. Her 2025 bay roan stallion, Boromir Bartender JW, sold to family in KS.

Beatles’s sire is Jacks Our Bartender. Jacks Our Bartender is a son of Bartenders Memory by Two ID Bartender and out of a granddaughter of Two Eyed Jack, Watch Miss Jo Jackie, born in 2003. Unfortunately, due to a stifle injury from being kicked by a mare, Jack was not able to stay sound enough to enter the show ring but was able to prove his athletic ability. Since then several of his c**ts have ended up in the roping arena and continue to prove their athleticism and great minds. By 2015 Hockenson’s realized that he was producing some really great roping horses and decided to see if they could keep his stifle sound enough to show and sure enough in a very short time, he quickly earned 5.5 AQHA Heading Points of his own proving that his offspring accomplishments were not by chance. He is a great horse to be around and out produces himself every time. Jack has 3 AQHA performing offspring. Many of his other foals have gone on to be great rodeo horses or rope horses competing and earning money in different associations. We bought Jack with one idea to be to put him on our Paddys Irish Whiskey daughters and granddaughters. He has the moves that they do but in a bigger horse package.

Beatles is a very nicely bred foal. We would expect him to make an excellent ranch horse or possible rope horse prospect with an excellent disposition. His 2025 full brother had an excellent disposition that we felt would have fit great with a youth. This family of horses does not disappoint. Beatles’s dam is a GBED carrier, so he will be tested.

Will be priced at one month of age (US)

Foal is eligible for the Iowa Quarter Horse Association Ranch Horse Futurity.

2026 PRICING INCLUDES: Halter/lead rope, negative coggins, health, brand inspection, initial and booster vaccinations of EWT-Flu-Rhino, 1 bag of his current feed, AQHA transfer fee paid and halter training. This is a $300+ value included in the price. Repeat and multiple horse buyers will be less. If you are not already an AQHA member, you may get your own membership, or we will assess you an additional $65 one-year membership fee to do the $40 transfer for your new purchase.

Top Gun Rooster JW (AQHA PENDING)
Anyware Lucky Bet x Top Gun Whiskey

Born 5-26-26 Some years we do a fun theme for names. This year for Top Gun Whiskey we are continuing with Top Gun Call Signs from the original 1986 movie and the 2022 movie. Our other stallions will have the names of Rock Bands from the 70s, 80s and 90s. This c**t is named Rooster, played by Miles Teller in 2022 Top Gun Maverick, the son of Nick "Goose" Bradshaw, a character from the original Top Gun movie. Rooster is a naval aviator trained on the F/A-18E Super Hornet and a graduate of TOPGUN. He was about 2 years old when his father died in the original movie.

‘Rooster’ is a bay/bay roan stallion with a snip and a small dot up high with no leg markings. His dam, Anyware Lucky Bet, is by Bet Hesa Cat out of our Playgun daughter, Anyware. We purchased Anyware from the Wagonhound Land & Livestock Co., LLC as a consignment at the Return to the Remuda Sale at The Four Sixes Ranch in Texas in 2016. Lucky is a very nice looking mare. She has the pedigree and is built right to be someone’s next futurity prospect, performance or breeding prospect. However, she was stepped on the day she was born and broke her pastern. We put her through several casts and shoes to get her sound for a broodmare prospect. Lucky has stayed sound for breeding and had her first foal, Top Gun Amethyst JW in 2023 that sold. Her 2025 c**t is a bay roan stallion, Top Gun Maverick JW, and he has been sold as a stallion prospect.

Top Gun Whiskey is one of four Paddys Irish Whiskey sons that we own. This is his 8th foal crop. We decided to give Top Gun a shot at the show ring before breeding him. In 2016 he qualified for the AQHA World Show in Jr Reining, Jr Reining Level 2 and Jr Cowhorse Level 2; in 2017 he qualified for the AQHA World Show in Jr Cowhorse, Jr Cowhorse Level 2 and Open Heading Level 2 placing 6th. It has been an interesting ride as he continued to show during the 2018 year as well as breed some of our mares for 2019 foals. Top Gun qualified for the 2018 World NRCHA show, was 2018 North Central Regional NRCHA Champion and has earned 47 AQHA performance points in reining, working cow horse, heading, vrh cutting, vrh confirmation, vrh reining and heeling. He also has his AQHA Open Performance ROM. Top Gun was injured during 2019 breeding season that cut his showing career short, but he still qualified for NRCHA Celebration of Champions in LTD Open Bridle. He was North Central Region NRCHA 4th place LTD Open Bridle and North Central Region NRCHA 9th place Open Bridle. Check out his stallion page for the most up to date information as we will change it as it happens.

Rooster will have all the right moves and ‘cowiness’ to make an excellent performance, ranch, or rope horse. He will be a dynamo package with a good disposition. We truly feel these Top Gun babies are show quality and have potential to be a reined cowhorse. Picking out the names this season was done intentionally for these foals to have a ‘show’ worthy name. Top Gun’s foals are robust with big shoulders which should physically help them circle a cow. We are hopeful that a few of his foals land in some show homes.

Will be priced at one month of age (US)

Foal is eligible for the Iowa Quarter Horse Association Ranch Horse Futurity.

Paddys Gin Kiss JW (AQHA PENDING)
HQ Ima Fanchy Bee x TRR Paddys Texas Gin

Born 5-24-26 Some years we do a fun theme for names. This year for Top Gun Whiskey we are continuing with Top Gun Call Signs from the original 1986 movie and the 2022 movie. Our other stallions will have the names of Rock Bands from the 70s, 80s and 90s. This stallion is named Kiss. Kiss, an American rock band, was one of the most influential and best-selling rock groups from the 1970s through the early 2000s, known in particular for its theatrical live performances, involving pyrotechnics and other shocking visual effects and including extravagant outfits and makeup. Kiss was formed in 1973. By 2023, as the band was nearing the conclusion of its final tour—known as the End of the Road World Tour—the group had released dozens of albums, with more than 100 million copies sold worldwide. Some of their most famous songs are “Heaven’s On Fire” “Tears Are Falling” and “Rock & Roll All Nite”.

‘Kiss’ is a palomino/palomino roan stallion with a star and both rear pasterns are white and higher in the back. His dam, HQ Ima Fanchy Bee, is a beautiful 2015 palomino roan mare with just a star that we bought in 2016 from Hockenson Quarter Horses in Iowa. We were specifically shopping for young replacement fillies with the Two Eyed Jack/Pitzer bloodlines to pair up with any of our Paddys Irish Whiskey sons as some of our older mares with those lines have already niched very well with our Paddys stallions. The Jackie Bee on Fanchy’s topside is a new line to our program and we are excited to see how that plays out. The rest of her pedigree with Two Eyed Jack, Mr Baron Red, Watch Joe Jack and Two Eyed Red Buck speaks for itself. An exciting thing for us is her bottom bottom goes back to Eternal Sun and Poco Pine and we have those lines in some of our other mares. Her 2019 foal, Whiskey Up Yao JW, went to SD . Her 2021 foal, Whiskey Up Orchid JW, stayed in ND. Her 2022 filly, Whiskey Up Kelp JW, went to be with a repeat buyer. Her 2023 foal, Whiskey Up Garnet JW is sold. We swapped Fanchy to Tex for 2024 and she had a palomino roan filly, Paddys Gin Sun JW, that is unfortunately deceased and due to a cold wet May snow event we also lost her 2025 foal.

His sire was TRR Paddys Texas Gin aka Tex. This is Tex’s 18th foal crop. He puts very thick and muscular foals on the ground with very nice muscle expression on them as well as a lot of athleticism and as they develop, they have a lot of vigor. The oldest ones have been started under saddle by various buyers and we are hearing good things from all of them. The Paddys Irish Whiskey horses are making a name for themselves in everything from cutting to cowhorse events to roping horses and are very versatile—Tanquery Gin, Doc O’Lena, Docs Starlight, Poco Tivio, Peppy San Badger. His daughters, when bred to current barrel stallions are producing 1D and 2D barrel horses with other owners.

Kiss should be a nice all-around prospect with a lot of style. He will have athletic ability with a nice disposition to perform in or out of the arena. We would expect him to mature out to 14.2-14.3 hands. His siblings have all started really well under saddle and are kind individuals. Tex is his sire so he could be 50/50 HERDA carrier so Kiss will be tested.
