Thank you for visiting our page! We are a healthy meal prep service inside QFIT GYM / Health and Wellness Center. We will have our meal(s) posted on a weekly basis. If you are interested in purchasing a pre-made meal, please message us with how many you would like. We can also do custom orders if you order 5+ or more of the same meal. We only cook foods that are high quality, lean, clean, healthy and up to Coach Q's standards. We recommend refrigerating meals for up to 6 days or freeze to keep longer.
Meals are always $10 plus 6% sales tax (.60).
We accept Cash, Check, Money Order, Venmo, Pay Pal, or Cash App. Our pick up hours are on Mondays 7:30am - 7pm.

1700 Petersburg Road in Hebron Kentucky.
Please note that our main entrance is on the side of the building near the main entryway. It is very helpful if you message us ahead of time to let us know how many meals you would like us to hold for you and your expected pick up time. Stay tuned for the release of our first week of meals. 🙌 If you know you want some ahead of time, please feel free to message through Fbook messenger or comment on this page and we will follow up with you.
