St. Giles Farmstead We are a small, family owned and operated livestock farm in Hebron, MD. We sell grass fed (and finish St. Giles Farm is a local, family owned farm in Hebron, MD.

Our farm was founded in 1814 and has was used as a traditional horse farm up until 2014. The LeCates family purchased the farm and have begun to transition the land into use for livestock. Giles believes in the ethical, sustainable and respect approach to raising animals. We are not certified organic, but strive to do the best for our land and the animals. We do not use hormones or chemicals. We u

se rotational grazing for our livestock, including beef, hogs, goats and chickens. All our beef is grass fed and grass finished. Hogs are pasture raised and fed food scraps and supplemental grain. We use organic feed procured from a local farm in Eden, MD. Visitors are always welcome, please call or message to schedule an appointment. We do not have predetermined store hours, please call or message prior to visiting. Thank you for supporting a small, local farm.
