Check out our Auction preview! This is for the online portion of our upcoming auction. Live Auction date is April 18th at 10am in Hecla. There will be something for EVERYONE!

When one door closes another one opens!
With that being said, Tom and I will be CLOSING our store April 4th to start a new business venture. We will be having an auction in Hecla Saturday, April 18th time TBD.
👉We will continue to accept deer meat through this Saturday Feb. 28 at which time we will no longer be accepting wildgame to allow us enough time to process all orders in a timely fashion.
💥💥 We are currently working to find a new home for our Heier Sausage recipe that you all LOVE. Ideally we will find a home for it before the auction to avoid a break in the production, if not we will continue to make and sell it as long as we are open.
Currently we do not have a ton of inventory on hand but we are happy to take orders if you would like something special made before we close.
We will continue to post updates and the auction bill once it is available and will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

PS. To our close friends, at this time we have no plans to move!
