Leidenfrost Vineyards is located in the heart of the Finger Lakes in New York State on the southeastern shore of Seneca Lake, an ideal micro climate to grow premium wine grapes. Founded in 1990, Leidenfrost Vineyards was one of the first Finger Lakes wineries to feature a broad spectrum of red wines, including Pinot Noir, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Baco Noir. HOWEVER, this means our tiny tasting room will be absolutely BUSTLING and we may not be able to accommodate regular wine tastings immediately upon arrival.

As always, pay us a visit and if we have space to squeeze you in, we would be happy to! ✨🎄🎁

If you would like to avoid the event traffic, we recommend visiting before 12pm on Friday or on Monday 10am- 5pm! 🎄✨

Job Overview
We are seeking an Assistant Tasting Room Manager to assist in overseeing daily operations and customer service in our Tasting Room. The ideal candidate will have a background in management, wine, and hospitality.

Duties

-Assisting the Tasting Room Manager with daily operations including ensuring we're providing an attentive, warm, clean, and welcoming atmosphere
- Tracking inventory
- Ensuring that the Winery is a safe & welcoming environment for everyone, staff and guests
- Assisting in training new staff
- Addressing customer inquiries, comments, and concerns promptly and professionally

Experience
- Previous experience in customer service and/or hospitality
- Knowledge of the FLX wine region
- Understanding of alcohol safety regulations and practices
- Experience with bartending is a plus

This position offers an opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a warm and laid-back environment. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy creating memorable experiences for guests, we invite you to apply for the Assistant Tasting Room Manager position.
