🌲🍺 Have you tried our newest release, Just The Spruce, yet?!

Meet our 2026 Barrel Club brew — a 7.2% West Coast IPA brewed with local spruce tips!

This year, our Barrel Club members were tasked with selecting hop varieties to bring this beer to life, resulting in a wild and delicious mix of U.S., New Zealand, and Australian hops. Then we took it one step further with a 5-pound dose of locally picked spruce tips, hand-picked by Kevin Austin!

The result? A bold, hop-forward West Coast IPA that’s much hoppier than Falcon Punch, while still staying balanced and clean. Expect a more noticeable finishing bitterness from the generous hop additions, with those spruce tip oils adding a fresh, unique character. 🌲

This one was a lot of fun to create, and we can’t wait for you to try it!

What an AMAZING day we had coming together to raise money for the Watkins Glen Fire Company!

The weather turned around, the community showed up, and we truly couldn't have asked for a better day. We are so grateful to everyone who helped make this event such a success!
A HUGE thank you to our incredible sponsors- Casella, Ben & Jerry's, Famous Brands, and Maguire- for helping us bring this event to life. Your support means so much to us and our community!

Thank you to all of our amazing vendors who came out and spent the day with us, and a special shoutout to Cast Iron Cowboys and PA LINE for keeping the party going with incredible live music!

Of course, we have to thank Babe’s Burger for keeping everyone fed with delicious food all day long!

And most importantly, a HUGE thank you to the Watkins Glen volunteer firefighters who not only dedicate their time to keeping the community safe, but graciously spent the day helping with the dunk tank, bouncy house, axe throwing, and everything in between.
We are incredibly grateful for our local volunteer firefighters and for everyone who came out to support them. Seeing our community come together like this is what it's all about.
