Backbone Ridge Hop Company Whole wet and dried hops. Hop-yard setup, layout and design. Backbone Ridge Hop Company is a small farm located in Hector NY.

We currently have 7 different varieties of hops: Cascade, AlphaAroma, Willamette, Newport, Fuggle, Centennial and a local wild hop (found near Tyrone, NY). We are currently looking to supply hops to local brewers, breweries, and home brewers. If you are interested in having a special or specific variety of hops grown let us know and we will see what we can do.
