Blackwater Falls 🌲 A new colorway based on the popular state park in West Virginia. This color will be available at the Companion Fiber trunk show this weekend 8/28-29 at Kanawha City Yarn Company in Charleston, WV! It's going to be a great time and if you are at all in the area, stop by and say hello!

I've been knitting the Folia Hat and loving the pattern! I'm not quite done, but the rest of the hat will continue in the grey "Fog" colorway. They pair together well!

I have several new colors that I'll be sharing throughout the fall season! These new colors will be only available at in person events and will be released for online sale in early December. I can't wait to see you all!

The rare rainy day here has reminded me of the Reishi colorway 🍄‍🟫 this is named after a gorgeous and medicinal mushroom that grows wild here! Not featured because I always see it way up a tree.

I am excited to start off this yarntastic summer with a trunk show this Saturday (7/11) at the Yarn Basket in Phillipi,WV! I'll be there all day and it will be a lot of fun!

I thought it was a perfect time to celebrate "Garden Bouquet"💐 It's exciting in every stitch and pairs well with sooo many colors. My little model is sporting the Hitch on the Move shawl with Garden Bouquet and Pasture. A fun knit!!

I'm all unpacked and settled after a wonderful spring show season! I want to send a heartfelt thank you to everyone that stopped by my booth, ordered online and allowed me to be a small part of what you create.

I have exciting things on the horizon and I'm looking forward to sharing them with you! New colorway testing starts next week, and I have several exciting trunk shows planned before the fall! Stay tuned 🩷

is that a thing?? What are you working on? Here's my current fun! This is the Autumn Alpine sweater by Caitlin Hunter. I've picked Hemlock Grove and Luna Moth for the colors and I'm loving it!! Her color work patterns are so pleasant and enjoyable to knit. Now let's hope I actually finish it 😅

This Saturday 6/20 I'll have my last in person show until the fall! Public Knitoxication at Fabiolli Cellars in Leesburg, VA 12-4pm

This summer and fall I will be doing WV trunk shows! Stay tuned for details! I can't wait!

This is a colorway I haven't dyed in a while! 'Panhandle Sunset' is the perfect combo of blue, pink , and fluffy clouds ✨

And if you are curious to see the progression from hand dyed fiber to finished product, here it is! This is done on a fine Merino base, spun in a bulky weight and finally woven into a scarf, complimented by hand spun angora (from my lovely bunny Dandelion 💖)

Since the rhododendron is in bloom, here is it's namesake color! It is the West Virginia State flower and one of my favorites! This is one of the colorways I've had the longest and is always a favorite.
