What keeps you going when the motivation wears off - for some its straight up discipline and man I envy those people …. The rest of us have to find our reason and that reason better be important because the struggle sure can be real.
No matter how much we love the job
No matter how creative you are
No matter how much you want to be the person that just thrives in the challenging seasons
The moment of “I just don’t feel like it” will appear and there has to be a reason to just keep going!

For me - I have an old horse that’s high maintenance, I have a horse with Lyme that’s high maintenance and I have an 8 year old that desperately wants her own horse! 🐴
So I keep trucking along. Even when the burn out is real, even when I just don’t feel like it, even when the creativity feels like it’s gone…
So remeber when you are making your Christmas lists this year to include some items from all your friends small businesses that are fighting the urge to allow lack of motivation to win lol - cause really every little purchase does count and it does make us do happy dances 🥰
