Cold weather is finally here so it was time to get a last picking before the subfreezing temperatures arrive this weekend.

The plants were still covered in blooms and I picked about 5 gallons. They are aging and fermenting (sorry, that’s a trade secret) until time to process for more Big Daddy’s Hot Sauce.
