If anyone is interested in lean freezer beef we have three available by the half or whole. These will be ready for the butcher in late January early February. Pasture raised, grass and grain finished. Please contact us now to reserve. $3.00 per lb based on hanging weight. You chose the butcher and pay the butcher directly for processing. If you don't have a preferred butcher, we have a couple we recommend.
