Thank you, Alabama Farmers Federation for another wonderful annual conference!
One thing that isn’t talked about enough is the value of the people you surround yourself with in agriculture.
My Farmers Federation family and the relationships I’ve built through Alabama Fruit & Vegetable Growers Association sweet_grown_alabama have not only connected me with the right people across our state and agricultural industry, but they’ve also given me something just as important—support, encouragement and accountability.
Agriculture brought us together, but the relationships are what make this community so special.

Growing quality flowers is about much more than producing blooms. At McLeod Family Farm, we try to focus on strong stems, proper nutrition, harvesting at the right stage, and careful post-harvest conditioning to ensure every bouquet performs its best.
