Youth hunt is coming up!! Processing meat for 100$ if your kid wants to learn or even you im more then willing to teach as well. Includes boning out cutting steaks and roasts and stew meat.
This is backyard at home processing mine or yours 100$ is the price for a skinned ready to cut animal. Skinning is 50$. It should also hang for at least a day not required but recommend. I look forward to hearing from local hunters!

The season is upon us. Hunters we will be charging 100$ deer processing 50$ skinning fee. We are not equipped to make sausages burger or jerky but we can save you some money and do all the work needed before dropping it off to your local butcher to make yummy treats.

We will be closed all weekend and the following weekend as the heat has become unbearable and next weekend we have a catering. We are going to take this time to expand our menu, brisket melts, cubanos, French dips and a wide assortment of soups and sides.
When we return we will be fully licensed and have a kitchen so no more store bought sides. We will also be launching a website with our catering options clearly listed, things like smoked prime rib 😀 porchetta 😀, and we have found a local montana farm to provide all of our pork products. Still looking for a reasonable beef supplier that wont effect pricing to much.
We do apologize, east helena you have been amazing and we will continue to serve primarily in east helena when we are not at caterings or special events. Please stay tuned, like and follow for updates locations and new menu items!!!!

We will be closed today for renovations and paperwork. We will be open at noon tomorrow!!
This weekend is the sunday farmers market at the eagles 4040. We are very close to completing our fundraiser goal!!!
