This weekend was a great harvest! My husband and I went on several hikes this weekend, and along the way we found, garlic mustard, white top mustard, wild onions, and wild asparagus. We took some home and I am making a quiche for breakfast tomorrow. I also made a taco meat substitute with peppers, the foraged wild greens, and black beans. I don't know how the quiche will turn out, but the taco meat substitute is bomb!
