As always our hogs and beef are harvested on site, federally inspected by Natural Harvest and processed by Prem Meats.. Zero harvest stress making these Berkshires taste even better.

2026 Pig season started today for us. Our first batch of Berkshire feeder pigs have arrived and are nestled in the barn till it warms up a bit.

If your interested in getting on our list for 1/2 or whole hogs send us a message. May, August and October are the scheduled dates for Harvest.

Beef Dates are July, November and December. We still have 1/4, 1/2 and whole available. They will go fast so sign up early.

Tomorrow we have our second to last Beef Harvest of 2025.

Being that we choose to harvest our animals on-site (federally inspected) we have the opportunity to remove all stress and chaos from the Harvest. This also gives us the peace of mind that the animals that we raised and cared for are treated the way we want all the way to the end. These 2 get fresh bedding, some delicious calf grain and a small bale of 2nd crop alfalfa hay.

Would we make more money by shipping these Steers to the stockyard vs selling the beef ourselves? Probably. What that doesn't do is give us the gratitude and the feeling of being able to feed family's with a quality product that they can trust and enjoy.

HAPPY HOLIDAYS and thanks to all that have trusted us with the purchase of our Beef, Pork and Poulty. Its a headache but worth every second.

The rain has hopefully moved on for a while (we had over 9" in 3 days), and everyone is out and about.

The turkeys are coming along well, free ranging, and our meatbirds are enjoying new grass every other day in their chicken tractor.

We have been blessed to be able to sell out of our 2025 beef orders before July! Yet we absolutely hate having to turn down current and future customers looking to fill their freezers yet this year.

We have one more Berkshire hog available for our harvest in October and a few chickens and turkeys available.

This little girl's mom won't accept her... This means this little boy gets to bottle feeder her 😄.
Well, keep her in the cow lot with some other cow/calve pairs. Maybe she'll get adopted, and Jake will get to sleep in
