What. A. Weekend.
From Friday to Sunday, we saw a ton of visitors to the farm. Like record numbers. The customers who visited in the last 3 days were patient, kind, and gave us so much grace while we navigated high crowd levels. Thank you for loving our farm and trusting us to be part of your key summer memories.
The real thank you though, needs to go to our employees. Many people ask us, especially Lindsay and Libby, the managers, “How do you do this? How do you run this business, constantly put in 15 hour days, spend time with your kids/family and still be on your feet with a smile on your face every day?” And the answer is pretty simple. It’s our employees. Yes, we love what we do, and it’s our job, but at the end of the day, our employees make every day worth it.
Not only does our crew show up early and stay late, they treat our farm like it’s their own. Every single one of them goes the extra mile to better our business, and the experience that our customers receive is a testament to our employees commitment to our Jelli’s family.
Lindsay and Libby simply could not run the functional and amazing business that we do without each and every one of our employees. Whatever we ask our staff, even on the longest days, they never say no. They believe in not only our business, but in the Knoebel family, and they truly have no idea what that means to us.
Our business would not exist without them. They deserve all the credit for the hard work and dedication to their jobs, day in and day out. We take the time today to recognize and thank ALL of them, not only for enduring the crazy weekend we all experienced the last 3 days, but for everything they will continue to do to keep our business thriving.
