After a lot of work, testing, setbacks, late nights, and plenty of BBQ along the way, Big C’s BBQ RESCUE First Alarm – Sweet Heat BBQ Sauce is officially bottled and available!

First Alarm – Sweet Heat is where we’re starting, but BBQ RESCUE has always been about much more than barbecue sauce.

It started with five kids, a single dad, and a promise. ❤️

Years ago, BBQ became a way for me to help provide for my five children while raising them on my own. What started as cooking for family and friends eventually grew into something I never could have imagined.

Today, that journey has become BBQ RESCUE. 🚒🐾

The newest member of the Big C’s BBQ RESCUE family has officially arrived!

Our brand-new 320 gallon smoker is finally home, and I couldn’t be more excited.

This isn’t just a smoker, it’s another step toward growing our dream, serving our community, and building something my kids can be proud of.

Now… it’s time to season this beast and put some briskets on it! 🔥🥩
