September 2nd is Nation Food Bank day. Hunger is a continuing problem in our global community and National Food Bank Day is a reminder to others that no one should go to bed hungry. Food banks help provide food to the poor with the help of volunteers and social workers. They also promote tools for self-sufficiency.
Our mission here at Brown Family Farms has always been to provide organic and healthy produce/ vegetables to the community of Warren County, NC. So today we celebrate workers, volunteers, and food bank charities who work in this regard.

Our farm located in the First Congressional District of Warren County, NC has successfully transitioned to new crop production method of environmentally friendly industrial h**p. If nominated with the grant award our growing methods will be shared and expanded to other underserved framers in surrounding counties and we will be able to create pilot farm programs in Illinois, Georgia, Alabama, Florida and Michigan.
We have received so much support from our Senators and Congress men and are excited to see where we can take Think ReH**ption.
