‼️Update from James‼️

➡️All will weigh approximately 850-900 lbs.

➡️Carcass weight is usually 60% of live weight. Ex: A 850 lbs steer should yield a carcass weight of approx. 510 lbs. Your take home weight will be approx. 410 lbs. depending on how you have it processed (bone in or bone out).

➡️Your average price for take home per lb. should be around $7 per lb. That is including you paying for the processing and the carcass combined.

➡️ We currently have 3 calves available for a January 6, 2023 processing date. Calves will be will be available for pickup at the at the processing plant sometime around the last week of January.

➡️ All calves are hormone & antibiotic free. All have been grain fed & the last 45 days are fed only a straight corn ration.

➡️ We use TFB Country Store in Troup, TX for processing.

➡️ $500 deposit is required & the remaining balance is required when the carcass weight is determined. $4.00/lbs on the hanging carcass weight. Cut to your custom processing order.

➡️ We will transport the animal to the processing plant. You determine how you want your order cut & give your order to the processing plant. The buyer is responsible for all processing fees.
