Work out on the farm doesn't end once the sun starts to set. But we wouldn't have it any other way. Fresh Okra has been picked with lots more to come in the next few days. Lima Beans are filling out and will soon be ready to sell.

Bosc babies are growing by the day! Fun fact, Bosc Pears have more complex flavors than traditional pears you find at chain stores.

They tend to be a bit more flavorful and sweeter than most, which makes them ideal for roasting, cobblers, poaching, pear butters, crisps and so much more. Also, they are quite delicious as a quick snack all on their own. With their honey like taste, these are a must try!
