I've been asked about my labeling a lot. I have more detailed labeling than any grocery store.
All beef served in restaurants are required by federal law to have a solution in them. If you look at our labels you'll see that we went to great lengths to meet federal requirements and still provide an all natural product. This is why we are the best.

The only ingredient I didn't immediately know was trehalose. Not to worry, it's like glucose. Not a chemical.
Trehalose is a sugar consisting of two molecules of glucose. It is also known as mycose or tremalose. Some bacteria, fungi, plants and invertebrate animals synthesize it as a source of energy, and to survive freezing and lack of water.
There's a lot number on the box so you can track the steaks back to the farm they were raised on.
