We love the way food brings our family and friends together, the way it nourishes them and builds community. It’s from that community that Papa ZZ’s became a fully formed idea. Requests for more of ‘that special sauce’ have grown to the point that we decided to bottle it and share it with a wider community. Drizzle my Sizzle never met a spare rib it didn't like. Our son Matt smoked these for about 4 1/2 hours in his smoker, then finished them on the Weber to ad a little bark. Too bad I was out of town and only have this picture to talk about :)

ON Sunday, September 16, we hosted a BBQ potluck/ice cream social at our church, Christ the Servant Lutheran in Henderson. Smoked about 30 lbs of pork shoulder and made about 3 gallons of Memphis BBQ's famous pork and beans. Introduced our sauce, Drizzle My Sizzle, B's Best to the attendees. A Great time was had by all. No pulled pork left, just a quart or two of beans. Thanks for all who brought side dishes and ice cream. Need to do that again.
