We had THE BEST time today serving lunch at Heights Hall in Kilgore. We partnered with Grace Crossing Methodist Church for a missional outreach work day cleaning, repairing, and sharing the love of Christ through service to the student residents. Heights Hall is a private dormitory at Kilgore College. To check them out, click the link at the bottom of the post. Sorry, no pictures this time! But the Bee-bee-Q was tasty and the honey comb bites were ooey-gooey-good!

The holidays are nearing the end, but the feasting is just beginning!! We are taking orders for whole and half briskets. A half brisket is generally 3-4 pounds. Whole briskets run 6-8 pounds of smoked yumminess 😋 $23 per pound.
