Chef Silva is calling. The dish you grew up on could be America’s next favorite.

He’s looking for the family dishes you think the rest of the country would love, and the New Bettr Bowl Challenge is how he’ll find them. Chef Silva and our panel will judge every eligible entry.

👉 To enter, make your own take on that dish and post a photo of it. Tag Bettr Bowl | Healthy Frozen Meals and add and . Then DM us the full recipe, ingredients and quantities included.

🏆 The winner takes home a $3,000 grocery gift card (Whole Foods, Target, Kroger, Sprouts or another approved retailer). If the recipe makes our 2027 menu, your face goes on the box and part of its sales goes to charity.

That’s the recipe Chef Silva wants on his table. Flavor, originality, commercial viability and brand fit each count for 25%. Every judge scores your entry from 1 to 10 on all four, the scores are averaged, and the highest total wins.

🏆 Three layers to this one: $3,000 for groceries, a shot at our 2027 menu with your name and photo on the box, and a share of sales for a good cause.
