When you have a lot of eggs, make egg bites. These are simple ones. I used 42 eggs and a container of cottage cheese! Protein push. Kids have already eaten a bunch.

Back in the soap room!! I also loaded up Texas Fresh with your favorites and some seasonal soaps. My plan is to make 5 batches this week and another 5 in two weeks then 5 more after a big Volleyball Tournament. Look out for new scents, all natural, essential oil blends. I’m making a big shift. We will mostly make bars and Texas shapes. Whenever I’m feeling super creative or have that proverbial free time I’ll make some fun shapes. Otherwise we are simplifying and streamlining our soap.

Monday Meal prep day!!

This saves time during the week and I also do not hear “there’s nothing to eat!”

Next up is some chicken in the instant pot.

Food on hand. Especially during these busy weeks of sports and other activities.

I had some sweet potatoes that were going bad and just cut off what I could. Cooked the peels and chunks up for the chickens.

This is not an ad. I know I am blessed to have these appliances but honestly I despise them. 🤣 they are supposed to be finger print free. If you look at them they show a smudge. The only thing that cleans them is this stainless steel spray from Amazon..
