We were hoping to have another round of strawberry picking, but alas, we will not. The rain damage was just more than the fruit could handle.
We cannot thank each and everyone of you enough for picking at our farm. Overall it was a good season and good to be back after Helene. And even better to see all the smiling faces again, plus many new faces as well.
Blueberries are looking really strong and should be ready late June. Blackberries are coming along too.
"Stay tuned" as they say. We'll keep you posted.

Unfortunately with the heavy rains we need to close for a few days. Hopefully some of the green berries will ripen in a week or so.
We'll keep you posted if and when we can resume picking strawberries.

With the relentless rain overnight and this morning we need to be closed this afternoon. Sorry! It's just too wet to be in the berry patch.
We will re-open Thursday morning at 8:30am per our regular schedule.

We hope you're enjoying the Memorial Day break. Please remember all those who served our country.

The patch is still quite mushy, so wear some old shoes.
Our special continues of pick a gallon basket for $18.00 - pick 2 extra pints free or pick a 2 quart basket for $12.00 - pick I extra pint free.

As 10:00 nears, the radar doesn't show any breaks in the rain until about 1:00pm. And then only an hour or so.
Not a good day for berry picking.
Hopefully Monday afternoon at 4:00pm will be better.

Good morning. Right now (8:25) it's raining steady and the berry patch is quite wet from overnight rains. Perhaps there will be some breaks in the showers as the day goes.
Please check the radar before you head out. Old shoes and boots are in order today. Thanks!

Tomorrow's forecast looks cloudy in the morning with showers starting around noon. We will open at 8:30 in the morning for strawberry picking. We'll stay open until 5:00pm.
After today's much needed rain you'll need old shoes.

Thanks to all who picked strawberries yesterday. The morning was calm, however several folks had to dodge showers in the afternoon. Tomorrow(Sat,5/23) appears to be the opposite.
We will open at our usual 8:30am and stay open until 5:00pm and hopefully the showers have lots of breaks for strawberry picking. A few fresh berries for your weekend cookouts.
Our special will continue with: pick a 1 gallon basket for $18.00 - pick 2 extra pints free; pick a 2quart basket for $12.00- pick an extra pint free. Baskets provided. A reminder we are cash only. Sorry, no cards, etc.
There have been numerous questions on our hours. They are posted on our Facebook info. Here they in case you're not seeing them on the FB page.
Monday and Tuesday afternoons -- 4:00pm to 6:30pm
Thursday and Saturday mornings -- open at 8:30am and presently we are staying open all day to 5:00
Wednesday, Friday and Sunday -- closed
