🏡 Closed on this house this week!
My buyer has some big plans for this home, and I’m excited to see what they do with it. Renovations start next week.
At the final walkthrough, we noticed the sellers had made an unsightly repair and had also removed a few items that were contractually supposed to remain with the property.
That led to one of those phone calls to the other agent that I do not enjoy making. But we went back to the contract, got everything worked out, and made sure the items were returned before closing. Can't do anything about the malicious internet fiber cutting post-closing, but it's better to move on and not focus on it.
Now my buyer can enjoy a dip in the pool… and possibly some chips. 🏊‍♂️🥔😂

📝 UNDER CONTRACT in Gallatin! 🏡

Some deals go easy. This one made us work for it. 😅 Multiple rounds of back-and-forth, a few long nights, and more than one moment where we all held our breath — and my buyers *never blinked.

Patience isn't passive. It's a strategy. And it just put this brick beauty (with a pool 🏊 out back) under contract with plenty of summer left. ☀️

Now we head to closing. Fingers crossed for a smooth ride from here. 🤞🔑
