Barrel #88 (left) is a Barbados rum, aged its full 10 years in a 1999 Wild Turkey barrel. Bottled at 118 proof. Nose: ripe banana, stewed pineapple. Palate: caramel, toasted raisin bread. Finish: long and lingering.

Barrel #95 (right) is also a Barbados rum, aged a full 10 years in a 1999 Wild Turkey barrel. Bottled at 117.2 proof. Nose: crème brûlée, dehydrated apricot, light citrus. Palate: toffee, soft like a wheated bourbon. Finish: lengthy baking spice.

Put either in a blind tasting with your bourbon friends and let their minds be blown
